General Return Policy

No matter what the return issue is, you must call Detroit Turbo L.L.C customer service, at (313) 299-4000, before any returns will be honored. You must, prior to sending the product, receive the proper authorization on all returns. We at Detroit Turbo L.L.C. use only guaranteed delivery services. Our default carrier is FedEx Ground but after our discussion with you another carrier like USPS or UPS could be used.

We will request an e-mail stating why the product is being returned. The email must explicitly state what the problem with the returned item was, and which ones were defective if more than one item is contained in the product.

It is our policy that if a return is made, in most cases it will require a 20% re-stocking fee.
